Designed by a human resources professional and coach, for seasoned professionals through early careerists
Effective learning and continuous improvement are enabled by the program’s method of delivery. Program participants receive micro-bursts of engaging content they can interact with at their own pace.
Participants learn through a variety of digital content, including written guidance, articles, videos, and assessments, across 20+ strategies.
Participants reflect and commit by engaging with a deck of sort cards for self-coaching.
Best practices paired with self-discovery enables a custom experience, suitable to each learner’s career goals and preferences.
Program Includes

Welcome Letter
Participants receive a welcome letter including detailed information to support their guided discovery, learning, reflection, and commitment. The letter also includes tips for how to establish a consistent practice of investing time and energy into the program.

Sort Cards
Participants receive a deck of sort cards. They indicate the degree of priority they are placing on the strategy (on the front of each card) and capture reflections and commitments (on the back of each card).

Digital Content
Participants receive a new strategy via email every 3 weeks. A professional design with consistent format enables self-guided learning. The pace allows for reflection, experimentation, and implementation between strategies without losing momentum.

Nudges
In between strategies, participants receive frequent thought-provoking questions, notes of encouragement, and tips. These nudges support participants through consistent engagement and reminders about the recent strategy they received.

Scale Up Planning Template
At the conclusion of the series, participants receive a planning template to support their ongoing efforts to scale up their professional work experience. Participants assess and progress their plans to scale up every 3-6 months following the program.
